Evaluación de “subject gateways”: propuesta metodológica y análisis longitudinal

Resumen


Se realiza un diagnóstico de la calidad de 30 subject gateways en dos periodos de tiempo (2007 y 2012) con el fin de detectar sus puntos fuertes, sus debilidades y observar su evolución. Para ello se diseña y utiliza un cuestionario con 30 indicadores ponderados y agrupados en tres categorías: acceso a la información, gestión y administración y elementos de valor añadido. Se observó que había grandes diferencias entre unos subject gateways y otros y que la calidad media era buena en las dos primeras categorías, pero que había importantes carencias la última. En el periodo de tiempo estudiado no hay grandes variaciones, únicamente se aprecian mejoras en los servicios de valor añadido, pero sin que lleguen a ser significativas.
