Comparative analysis of access costs to service centres and databases

In spite of price being one of the main factors in the product's and service's implementation and development strategies, for different reasons there are no available studies, simple and clear, that allow non technical people to understand the data transmission services tariffs and their application in the various practica! situations of the daily work. This article intends to answer this need, at least in part. With the simplified tarifT charts of sorne of the data transmission services offered by Telefónica de España, a small comparative study about the online databases access costs is provided, both for calls in Spain and abroad.
