Privatization in data transmission systems

The spread of the new information systems has meant a real revolution in access to information. Al the same time, it has involved some significant effects in the socioeconomic field . This article indentifies the status and origin of the databases producers and operators, as well as their users. The author infers that the control done by multinational companies does not help the democracy in information access, hut increases its privatization at enterprises, individuals and countries levels.
