Journal selection criteria used by international databases covering Spanish journals dealing with Social Sciences and Humanities

The aim of this research is to know the international bibliographic databases that collect Spanish Scientific Social and Human Sciences Journals. It’s a complement to the work of the CINDOC’s evaluation group. In order to do that, 56 databases have been studied, and a description of each of them has been elaborated. This description includes informative data as well as the selection criteria used. The final result has been a classification of the databases according to the presence of recognized selection criteria, tematic criteria only, no criteria, or unknown.
