Abstract


This article shows the result of an original bibliometric study on the area of Graphic Expression in Engineering, which is present in Spanish Universities with engineering studies. It has two objectives: firstly, to guide lecturers who have yet to publish articles in ISI databases, indicating the principal categories of journals where other lecturers in the same area have published articles, as well as the categories of cited journals, that is, the source of information. Secondly, it aims to show to the University Authorities the limited situation of the area in Spain, in order that these Authorities give more support to the area.
