Knowledge management in the university-industry collaboration

El desempleo, en especial, de los jóvenes universitarios se ha convertido en un problema social. La educación, la formación y la información están consideradas como recursos frente al problema del empleo. Como una de las respuestas, se han creado Servicios especializados, en las Universidades, los cuales están trabajando desde distintas perspectivas en el tema mencionado. Estos Servicios Universitarios de Orientación y Empleo tienen distintos cometidos, competencias e infraestructuras, dependiendo tanto de las Universidades, como de sus dependencias funcionales y orgánicas en las que están encuadrados. En el presente trabajo, se verán los distintos aspectos de este tipo de servicios utilizando como ejemplo uno de ellos: el de la Universidad de Zaragoza, joven todavía, pero con ganas de futuro e ilusión presente.
