Diocesan, capitular and seminary libraries in Spain: an approach to their visibility

The work focuses on diocesan, capitular and seminary libraries. Existing libraries in Spain are identified. Its current visibility is verified, with special attention to the old collections. Information about libraries is located on websites. The bibliographic production collected in ÍnDICEs-CSIC, Dialnet and Google Scholar is described. The objective of the work is also to compile the mentions referring to the collections of ancient funds in the information handled. In total, 117 libraries are identified, of which the sources where they have been located are indicated. The websites that include information about them and the published bibliography are analyzed.
