Re-use of public sector information from the perspective of the Spanish public administration

This article analyzes the results of a questionnaire directed to public sector bodies, which sought to characterize public sector information that could be re-used and to study the way in which it is produced, disseminated and commercialized, all in relation to Spain’s Law 37/2007 and EU Directive 2003/98/CE, both addressed to the re-use of public sector information.
